No. As much as we like pets, in the effort to provide clean, hygienic and allergen-free vehicles to all our customers, we are unfortunately unable to allow pets inside our cars. However, we may be able to accommodate some pets held in approved containers – please check with us prior to booking.
You can amend or cancel your bookings by informing us at least a few hours before your pick-up time. Late amendments or cancellations may attract a charge.
We can provide approved rear and forward facing baby seats and booster seats at an additional cost. Cost is charged at $10 for one seat and $15 for 2 or 3 seats per trip. These must be organised with us phone/sms or email at the time of your booking.
